Novom sindikatu za pomoć se obratio radnik iz Bangladeša zbog nekoliko problema s kojima se susreo: zbog neisplaćene plaće za travanj, prenošenje ugovora na 2. poslodavca bez da je radnik obaviješten i zbog otkaza ugovora o radu porukom na mobitelu.

Naime, radnik je porukom obavješten da mu je poništena radna dozvola, iako se iz evidencije mirovinskog osiguranja vidi da ga poslodavac nije odjavio.

Unatoč kvalitetnim promjenama Zakona o strancima, neki hrvatski poslodavci i dalje se bogate varajući strane radnike. 

Ovaj radnik radi skoro dvije godine bez godišnjeg odmora i 45 sati tjedno za minimalnu plaću. 

Novi sindikat će poduzeti sve potrebne radnje da zaštiti njegova prava.

A worker from Bangladesh asked Novi sindikat for help because of several problems he had encountered: unpaid wages for April, transfer of the contract to a second employer without informing worker, and due to the termination of his contract via text message on mobile phone.

Namely, the worker was informed by text message that his work permit had been cancelled, although the pension insurance records show that the employer didn’t signed him off.

Despite the quality changes to the Law on Foreigners, some Croatian employers continue to make money by defrauding foreign workers.

This worker has been working for almost two years without annual leave and 45 hours a week for the minimum wage.

Novi sindikat will take all necessary actions to protect his rights.
