Novi sindikat is pleased to announce the launch of the project “Training and Networking for Collective Agreements – SUDOKU.” The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia, under the call “Capacity Building of Social Partners – Phase I.”
The total value of the project is €291,375.80. These financial resources are secured through the European Social Fund and the Croatian state budget.
As the Lead Partner of the project, Novi sindikat is implementing the activities alongside our partners: the Independent Trade Union of Croatian Workers (Nezavisni sindikat radnika Hrvatske) and the Regional Industrial Union (Regionalni industrijski sindikat).
Through this project, we will organize a series of training sessions for Union Stewards and staff, with an emphasis on collective bargaining, trade union organizing, and the protection of workers’ rights. By participating in seminars, study trips, and international conferences, we will further strengthen our expertise and expand our professional networks.
The project also includes the development of new digital tools and the production of educational videos on workers’ rights, aimed at modernizing and improving communication with our members.
The project will span 21 months, with activities implemented throughout Croatia and partially abroad.
Finally, we would like to congratulate all other unions and organizations that have also successfully secured funding through this call!
