Nearly 90 percent of the workers at the Elda Drvo sawmill in Pleternica have joined Novi sindikat. The company is part of the Florian Group, which also includes the Lipovljani Lignum sawmill. We already have an established membership and a signed collective agreement in Lipovljani. Our goal at Elda Drvo is to reach a collective agreement and secure better working conditions for the workers through negotiations.
