On Thursday, February 19, 2026, mediation has been successfully completed in the negotiations amendments to the collective agreement for the company Lipovljani Lignum d.o.o., a wood processing firm and member of the Florian Group. Through mediation, a minimum hourly wage of EUR 6.41 was agreed upon for the lowest-paid workers, along with a monthly meal allowance of EUR 30. It was also agreed that the existing remuneration system would remain unchanged, with a potential increase in meal allowances to be discussed in July. All other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged. The members of the Novi sindikat unanimously accepted this agreement, which brought the workers about 50 EUR higher monthly remuneration than the one offered by the management before mediation.
