Today, we signed a new collective agreement for the employees of the Student Center Šibenik.

Through this agreement, we have secured wages that are now closely aligned with public service salary scales, with only a minimal difference of approximately 5%. Additionally, all rights achieved in previous negotiations have been fully retained.

The contract will remain in effect until the end of 2026.
