In your fight for a wage increase, an increase in the incentive pay, and a meal allowance, you have the full support of the members of Novi sindikat from Croatia.

Through our international network, CCC, we are monitoring the development of the situation. We respect your union struggle to move away from the minimum wage and begin closing the gap toward a living wage—especially since you produce luxury goods for the Italian client, Falc Spa, which generates significant profits.

We greatly appreciate your efforts to reach a solution that would guarantee a wage increase of up to 70% of a living wage in the coming years.

The strike you have embarked on will be difficult (we know this from experience), but please believe in the victory that we sincerely wish for you. Be an example to other Serbian workers and to all of us in the region—do not give up easily on goals worth fighting for.
