The Assembly of the ORCA Trade Union (Organization of Croatia Airlines Workers) will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Park Stara Trešnjevka 2, 10000 Zagreb, Room 314, starting at 6:00 p.m.

For the first time, members of Novi sindikat will also attend the ORCA Assembly. We expect that the representative of the ground staff organized within Novi sindikat will secure a position on the Executive Committee and the ORCA negotiating team for the upcoming negotiations regarding the Collective Agreement at Croatia Airlines. We invite all our members to attend the Assembly in as large a number as possible, either in person or by proxy (power of attorney). You can obtain all additional information through the newly formed WhatsApp group.

Text of the Call: ORCA Assembly

Dear members,

We wish to inform you that the ORCA Assembly will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Park Stara Trešnjevka 2, 10000 Zagreb, Room 314, starting at 6:00 p.m.

We propose the following Agenda for the Assembly:

1. Opening of the Assembly session and establishing a quorum.

2. Determining the Agenda of the Assembly.

3. Proposal for amendments to the ORCA Statute and their adoption.

4. Decision on the membership fee amount for the upcoming year.

4. Election of Executive Board members from Aircraft Cabin Staff and Ground Staff.

5. Miscellaneous.

Members who are unable to attend the Assembly are kindly asked to provide a proxy (power of attorney) to those who will most faithfully represent their views. Alternatively, proxies may be placed in the SKOZ box in the Crew Room (no later than August 16, 2023), with prior notification sent to the chosen representative.
