We are pleased to announce the start of our innovative project “Long-term protection of workers’ rights: collective bargaining in the age of artificial intelligence” which he financed European fund for artificial intelligence and society this is coordinated by Novi Sindikat.

We aim to establish close cooperation and networking between trade unions and civil society organisations to facilitate meaningful collective bargaining on the application of artificial intelligence in the workplace. We want to equip unions with the necessary knowledge and skills of digital literacy to effectively manage the complexities of applying artificial intelligence in the workplace.& nbsp; this project not only seeks to predict the future; it focuses on creating the future with vision, inclusivity and a firm commitment to workers ‘ rights.
