As part of the preparations for the start of collective negotiations in the company Harburg-Freudenberger Belišće d.o.o., Novi sindikat leadership and union tstewards held a meeting with members. Workers ‘ demands were formalized into a proposal of the collective agreement which was presented on this occasion. The workers expressed their readiness to take collective action to achieve these demands.

Since the Metalworkers’ Union of Croatia also operates within HF as a representative union, a proposal for an inter-union agreement on a joint negotiating front has been sent to them, in accordance with legal provisions. The commencement of collective bargaining will depend on their response to this proposal.
