Following our initial meeting with the HF management at the end of August, the first assembly with union members was held on Monday, September 22. Currently, Novi sindikat has just over 200 members within the company. Due to this significant membership, the assembly served as an occasion to expand our leadership team. We are pleased to announce that Ivica Janković and Igor Smodej were elected as new union commissioners, while Ivan Bilić was officially confirmed as the Main Union Commissioner. During the meeting, we also engaged in discussions regarding our future trade union plans and strategies.
