On Friday, May 16, the third annex to the collective agreement was signed for the Karlovac Sports Facilities (Sportska objekti Karlovac) institution.

The annex stipulates percentage increases in job coefficients based on two criteria: educational qualifications and years of service with the employer. Depending on the length of service and level of education, salaries will increase between 4% and 8%.

Additionally, worker assistance benefits for specific cases defined in the collective agreement—such as bereavement or sick leave exceeding 90 days—have also been increased.
