Novi sindikat is conducting research on the working conditions of workers in Croatia, with an emphasis on the working conditions of seasonal workers.
We are exploring the experiences of workers related to the respect for their rights, job satisfaction, work conditions, and the organization of work, with a special emphasis on working conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey is anonymous, and the answers will be processed and displayed at a group level. The time required to complete the survey is 10-15 minutes.

The research is conducted by a team from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, Department of Social Policy, composed of Prof. Gojko Bežovan, PhD, Asst. Prof. Danijel Baturina, PhD, and Asst. Prof. Jelena Matančević, PhD. The research is carried out as part of the project “ZARUP – Satisfied Worker, Successful Employer”, financed by the European Social Fund. The project holder is Novi sindikat.
