Novi sindikat has a long-standing commitment to improving working conditions within the textile industry.
Following our first extensive research in 2019 as part of the international Clean Clothes Campaign network—which resulted in the publication of the Country profile: Croatia —we are now launching a follow-up study.
This new research will provide an updated look at labor conditions, the adequacy of minimum wages for daily life, and the specific impacts of the climate and environmental crisis on women and textile workers.
We invite all textile workers, whether currently employed or recently retired from the sector, to participate by completing our questionnaire.
The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to finish, and your honest answers will provide us with the detailed insights necessary to advocate for better standards.

This survey complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). All collected personal data will be strictly protected and stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the research objectives. As part of this comprehensive study, we are also conducting in-depth field interviews. A summary of the final findings will be published in a formal report, similar to the previously mentioned Country Profile.
