On October 5, 2023, Novi sindikat submitted a proposal to the employer for the establishment of a Works Council and the election of a Workers’ Commissioner for Occupational Safety within Zagreb Holding d.o.o. As the formal proposer, we are authorized to convene an assembly for all employees of the company. The Workers’ Assembly will be held on October 23, 2023, starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Zagreb Fair, located at Avenija Dubrovnik 15, in the Congress Hall.

Before convening this assembly, Novi sindikat consulted with the employer regarding the timing and venue to ensure the gathering of the largest possible number of workers, while taking care not to disrupt the efficiency of the employer’s operations. The proposed agenda for the meeting includes the proposal for the establishment of the first Works Council and the election of the Workers’ Commissioner for Occupational Safety. Additionally, the assembly will focus on the appointment of electoral committees required to conduct the elections for both the Works Council and the safety commissioners. Any other relevant matters will be discussed under the miscellaneous section at the end of the meeting. We invite all our members to attend and participate.
