At the beginning of August 2020, the project ZaRUP: Satisfied Worker Successful Employer started, and on Wednesday, August 19, the first meeting of the project team was held. Through the project, we will strive to work on creating better working conditions in tourism, hospitality, and other seasonal jobs. We want workers to have more humane relationships, no harassment, to be better paid, and to come to work satisfied.

Some of the activities within the project will include dual-descriptive research titled “Human Resources Management  Social Scientific Analysis,” which will monitor employers and workers and indicate problems in achieving social dialogue. We will organize round tables that will deal with topics such as burnout syndrome and a healthy workplace. In addition, in cooperation with project partners, we will organize education for members of Novi sindikat and partner organizations. Partners in the project are the Cabin Crew Union and HUM (Croatian Mediation Association).
